10 am.

Enjoy the best ice cream of the city at Gelateria Ice Art. Fresh Italian ice cream in dozens of flavors that tempt you to try them all. Wander around the Medieval Town. Stone-built bridges connect the modern city of Rhodes with the castle, leading to the medieval city that breathes in its interior. It is a regular city of a few thousand inhabitants who live and work in the buildings where once The Knights of St. John lived. You will see tall, medieval buildings with heavy iron doors, Gothic churches and mosques. You will count 17 squares, bastions and gates, five kilometers long walls, high towers and engraved knight names until you reach the monumental Palace of the Grand Master with eighty halls.
